TT PLAYA WEAR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident when shopping TT PLAYA WEAR. Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, our return policy is designed to address damaged, defective, incorrect, and qualifying merchandise while keeping our made-to-order process in mind.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Email ttplayawear@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many TT PLAYA WEAR products are produced on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return destination after your request has been reviewed. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer automatic exchanges for incorrect size, color, or style selections. If you receive an incorrect or defective item because of a production or fulfillment error, contact us and we will work to make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund except when required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error with the product or fulfillment of your order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as quickly as possible at ttplayawear@gmail.com if you need assistance with an order.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Customers located in jurisdictions that provide mandatory cancellation, return, or withdrawal rights retain those rights as required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
